How long is your returns policy?
Our returns policy is 14 working days, if your return is requested after this period, it will not be accepted.
How do I create a return?

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. At this time, we are not offering FREE Returns. You are solely responsible to pay for the return of your item(s). We recommend you return your item(s) using a tracked service as we are not liable for any items lost in transit. Please note items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Important information about returns
To be able to return your item, please note that once the tag/packaging has been removed or has been applied on the face/body, we are unable to accept your return due to hygiene reasons. Our customer service team will be inspecting all returns.
NOTE: UNFOFTUNATYLY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS.
Damages and issues
If you deem your item to be defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately at contact@skin10.co.uk so we can help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
Once our customer service team has inspected your return, we will inform you via email if the refund has been approved. Refunds will automatically go to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank this may take 5 to 10 business working days.
